Oeh, the many alliances, oeh Cyrus Virus rings a bell, well the famous pirate in my book @ the mom, also part of a corperation but @ the cost of who? To keep up each others gaming fun, do we want to do that? Bring each other to there knees OF COURSE we do, for a lot of us we play a game to win. In this the goal has to be set by you, how do u win in this game called EVE-online? U give me your answer. When is enough in EVE, i don't know if u ask me, i thought it was about controlling the total EVE universe. But that ain't possible, no way u can control the whole eve universe. No one in our world history, hasn't succeeded to control the whole world. MayB it is to fly a TITAN or own one. Who knows what still is out there 2 develop by CCP. By the time u own a TITAN CCP has introduced the abbility to build up your own "Battle moon" and fly it. Bigger than a Titan probably, all doh a Titan qualivise good for as a battle moon in my book already.

Hmm hear, is were u lost, most of others respect, and also i think my respect.
U demand systems, "constellation", that have already been claimed by an alliance. U aspect that they give it like your are the right full owner of it. And there is already a owner in the past and this case XETIC and Curse that claimed there space. So if u want to take your right full, owner ship of a system, u have to take it by force according to the rules, of eve, (and mayB also if u look @ the real world how things work) if there are any rules, to accure it, because diplomacy failed, (personally i think you are not very good @ diplomacy but that aside) u have to reconsider i think what to do, if it is possible what u want and how to agcure it and if it is worth it. What u also have mentioned mayB of joining an alliance.
Corp discription of Evolution:

I think, the corp Evolution or founder understood mayB, the key 2 succes in the world of EVE. Teamwork, and the ability to adapt.
Also, 2 themes o the serveral themes that the world of eve contains: Evolution and Survival
Something mayB that is in our human nature, that we are looking for more and better.
And for staying neutral to all factions, don't know if that is possible, "rats" killing your ships, and u want to stay neutral...
Personally i see that as a dilemma.
And still struggling with the fought is EVE-online, still to be called a game. One thing it is one nice place to meat, nice/cool guys, and have new expiriences.
Oh well, just some thoughts of mine.
